Cleanliness issues

Location near the Aquarium of the Pacific was perfect for our family trip. The room had a cozy feel with nicely decorated curtains that provided complete privacy. We appreciated the upgraded bathroom tiles and the refrigerator in the room. However, we found the room not very clean, with stained sheets that required us to buy cleaning supplies. Also, the air conditioning unit had an unpleasant musty smell, prompting us to ask for a blanket during our stay. These cleanliness issues and smells were disappointing, but the staff's attentiveness to our concerns helped a bit.
